14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these strict criteria:
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original ELV’S tags must remain attached to the garment.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Note: Any items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return:
Navigate to our Client Services page and fill out the Returns Form with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and reply within 24 hours with specific instructions and return shipping details.
Ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Sizing and Design Preferences
Please consult our size chart and product descriptions carefully before placing an order. We do not offer refunds or process exchanges if you ordered the incorrect size or if you are dissatisfied with a specific design feature of the garment. All measurements and design details are clearly provided on the product page prior to purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
