CHOOSE COLD WATER
30°C and a gentle spin cycle. Heat is the absolute worst enemy of natural fibers – it breaks down the cotton’s structure, strips the color, and, most importantly, it can permanently damage a precise Tailored Fit. A high-quality fabric gets perfectly clean at low temperatures.
THE GOLDEN ZIPPER RULE
A drum of a washing machine is a chaotic environment. Before washing, always zip the garment all the way to the top and turn it inside out. An open, flailing metal zipper acts like a saw against soft cotton, causing premature pilling and potentially damaging other garments in the washing machine.
DO NOT USE DRYER
The fastest way to ruin structural precision is by tossing it into a tumble dryer. The intense heat completely distorts the proportions. When you pull the half-zip from the wash, gently reshape it by hand and let it air dry. Our garment experts recommed: Lay it flat on a dry towel so the weight of the residual water doesn’t stretch out the fibers.
FOLD IT CAREFULLY
Heavyweight cotton eventually surrenders to gravity. Hanging it will stretch out the shoulders and distort the body over time. To preserve the engineered drape and ensure the shoulders remain sharp, the garment must always be folded and stored flat.
