3. Exclusivity, Product Information, and Limitations
ELV’S operates on a principle of limited-production runs, prioritizing uncompromising quality and structural integrity over mass availability. All products are subject to strictly limited quantities. We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and silhouettes of our garments as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will render them perfectly. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Billing Accuracy
All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
5. Strict Return, Exchange, and Final Sale Policy
At ELV’S, every garment is constructed to exacting specifications, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for arbitrary returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, fit preferences, buyer’s remorse, or any other subjective dissatisfaction. Comprehensive and precise measurement charts are provided on every product page. It is the customer’s sole and strict responsibility to consult these charts and verify their measurements prior to completing a transaction. We will not entertain claims regarding sizing discrepancies if the garment matches the provided specifications.
6. Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects
The only exception to our final sale policy is in the highly unlikely event that a garment is delivered with a verified manufacturing defect. Should this occur, the customer must contact our client services within 48 hours of recorded delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect. We reserve the absolute right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect. Minor variations in fabric texture, dye lots, or hand-finished details do not qualify as defects. If a defect is confirmed by our team, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the exact item or issue store credit.
7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched from Kaunas, Lithuania. While we strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, we do not guarantee delivery timelines. ELV’S assumes no responsibility for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance processes, extreme weather, strikes, or any other events outside of our direct control. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the courier.
8. Intellectual Property and Brand Integrity
All content included on this site—including but not limited to typography, editorial photography, garment designs, logos, graphics, text, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of ELV’S and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lithuania.
